押し寿司&鰯のつみれ汁

 珍しい昆布締めの鮭を使って押し寿司。鮭に塩けが足りないので醤油をつけながらいただく。大人味。

鰯のつみれ汁の味付けは醤油と塩で、ネギをたっぷり載せて。こんなに美味しいのに子供達は匂いが嫌と。独り占め。
