 リニューアルオープンした恵比寿ガーデンシネマで『土を喰らう十二カ月』を見た。田舎生活を思い出し、なるほど、精進します。ぬか漬けのレストランを帰りに見つけて、もちろん入店、お昼をいただく。鯖を糠漬けにして焼いたものがメイン。脇はもちろんお野菜の糠漬け。こちらではマグロや帆立などのお刺身も糠漬けにしているそう。どんな味なのかな。ご馳走様でした。
