Newly opened Italian-American restaurant at American Club. We had:
Baked scallop;Albese-Style Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with funghi cream, parmesan foam, rocket leaves and truffle pearls;
Grilled vegetables;
Parmigiana, eggplant with nerano-style zucchini purée, mozzarella and tomato sauce;
Lobster Tortelloni with rich, creamy lobster bisque and pan-fried Italian porcini mushrooms;
Spaghetti meatballs;
Chocolate Ganache Tart with yuzu gelato and cherries;
and Gelato - olive oil, yuzu, and pistachio.
I loved the parmigiana the most, and the yuzu and olive oil gelato were superb!
