羽田大田の若炊あさり、山椒を発芽玄米に混ぜて
とても美味しいあさりの佃煮を発見。佃煮だけれど味が濃すぎず、アレンジできるところも嬉しい。山椒の苦手な子供達には切り干しの煮物に。
