恵比寿のsisiriさんが広尾商店街でPop-upをしているというので、お菓子を買いに。子供達の大好きな雪もち。ふわふわのおもちの中には、北海道産有機栽培の粒あんとグラスフェッドミルクのクリーム。季節のおもちは、青紫蘇としその実のおもち。粒あんとプチプチのしその実を道明寺で包んだもの。青紫蘇の香りが涼やか。
