They make fresh tortillas from corn! Ordered sopes with mushroom and fish to eat there, with a house made orange juice. 3 kinds of salsas to add on, along with cilantro. I bought blue and red corn tortillas to take home, and they made them while I was eating. I brought back salsa matcha home, too.
Had those tortillas with carnitas I cooked the night before. So delicious!
