Hiroko's Hitokoto

 Fashionista Mo, picking up his green shoes and cap.  Takoyaki for lunch.  Big fried chicken for the girl.  We got new shoes, yey! Off course you must drive Dr. Yellow.

The first breakfast of the first day (actually Ramadan was going to start from the following day according to the moon observation) at G&Y's. We off course stuffed outselves too much, and kids had too much fun until 10pm....

Got a couple of those water balloon from kindergarten's summer festival, and he's juggling those. Video here .

Kids drew pictures of sea creatures for the portable shrine at kindergarten for their summer festival. Mo drew a shark, a blue one on left top.

Fishing bar with Y&G, Michael, Tomoko, and Saka this evening. We caught about 8 fishes total, and stuffed ourselves goooood! Photos here .

After park, went to Sawamura for dinner, as papa requested because it was father's day. Photos here .

Playing with friends from kindergarten after volunteer visit to a nursing home across from the park. 

Both helped husking corns from Masami jiji, harvested this morning. Ton was pretty good at it and she husked about 10 corns all by herself.

It was Yousef's dream going to this Ninja restaurant, so we made it happen. Kids were very excited, it was a bit difficult to calm them down and make them stay in a room. It was a fun place to go! Yes, we do have Ninja in Japan :-) Photos here .

Kids found gloves and started punching training with papa.

Nishimachi Int'l School Moms' night out on Yakatabune (a boat with roof) in heavy rain. Enjoyed catching up with old faces, conversations, food, and karaoke! Well, the rain didn't stop us at all! Photos here .

Too hot the oxidase smog warning announcement was made by the ward office this afternoon. We escaped to Hawaiian Coffee, and decided to have a long break. Mo enjoyed cafe latte, both of them had croissant sandwich, then we watched iPad and played games on iPhone (thanks to Steve Jobs) to relax. The warning was still on, though we decided to leave slightly after 5 pm, to be prepared for Monday the next day.
