End of the year bell hitting at Tenshinji

One of Mo's classmates have a grandfather who's a chief monk of temple, and they had end of year bell hitting event. So, we went with team Arriola and Risa & Ryuei. Monks started chanting and we waited in line for our turns. Each could hit the bell, went back to the main temple bldg, had some hot AMAZAKE, fermented rice drink. By the time it was already New Year's Day! Mo's classmate was there to help, too.

Hula Christmas party

Left twins with baba at home, we joined the annual Christmas party at Oakwood in Midtown. Avi was back from US this time. Usual faces, usual songs and dances, very relaxed party.
