  黒糖が効いていてしっかり甘い。

  見たことのないほど大きな黒い花豆。最後の一つだったので、お正月に煮てみる。水に浸して二日、少しずつ煮ること二日、最後にもう少し砂糖を足して煮冷ますこと計五日。あっさりした煮豆が出来上がり。

  Had a cravings for this pretzel croissant from City Bakery. Had it with clam chowder. Happy!
