I had my appointment of diabetes follow up check this morning and came in early. Had glucose tolerance test, blood test of before taking soda water was below baseline, though 2 hours after the consumption was 164, higher than the baseline. Though Dr. told me I was borderline diabetic, which I was told in the past 3 pregnancies, and I should get better by careful diet and exercise, the usual advise, and breast feeding must help. Bonus I have twins which means more breast milk producing ahead. So I need to come back in 6 months for follow up, but at this moment I'm not totally diabetic (yet)...!
