Got a call from school that he wanted to go home, and wanted to ask his mother if OK. Said to him he should stay at least until finishing the school lunch because they might have something he liked. He should rest at the nurse's room until the next class. I had a conference in the afternoon, so I might be able to come to his class afterwards and go home together.
No call from school afterwards so I assumed he went back to class, or at least, stayed at school.
While I was at the conference with teachers, he sneaked out the classroom 3 times. I said to him I was not finished, and he should wait for me as I told him earlier.
He had a tantrum before the end of the class, just like a toddler would do. Crying on the floor.
And somehow he managed walking back home from school.
Everyday is a challenge.
