人参の葉っぱのかき揚げ

 葉付きの人参が届いた。人参よりも３倍ぐらい立派な葉っぱだったので、桜海老と玉ねぎを混ぜて、かき揚げに。人参もセリ科だし、大抵のものは天ぷらにしたら食べられる。よく出来ました。

Breads from Boulangerie S. Igarashi

Found a pop-up store of Boulangerie S. Igarashi. Bought those 3 kinds of bread. Everything was so good, I ate them all....! I should go to the shop in Kiba one day. 

ブーランジェリー エス イガラシのポップアップがあったので、3種類のパンを購入。

熟成ハムと発酵バター。パン生地のフカっとしたところと柔らかいところが具材とベストマッチ。もっと食べたい！

トリュフバゲット。気がついたら全部食べてました‥‥。

宇治抹茶クイニーアマン　宇治抹茶を練り込んだ生地で北海道産小豆の餡や白玉を包んだもの。美味しいはずです。

今度は木場のお店に行ってみましょう。ごちそうさまでした！
