有楽町MUJI
Muji in Yurakucho is great for family with babies. It has a feeding room and diaper change room, next to the baby goods area where you can let your kids play with Muji toys and goods. At the cafe there, they helped me using baby chair for Tonchan, and brought drink for me at the table. Very helpful.

Is this a grocery store or a restaurant?
It's a store with brand name Muji, which sells furniture, clothes, bicycles, kitchen goods, bedding, etc., and has a cafe inside.
