Moms' night out

Moms' night out with those who love giblets (it doesn't sound delicious at all, does it?!), basically the parts other than you usually call meat in livestock (this doesn't sound good neither, but you get the idea, do you?) but can't really have them with their family who are not big fan of such. It's always been on top of my list to visit in my neighborhood, and their stew is awesome! We enjoyed their BBQ very much, too. Thank you very much for my husband looking after kids!
