Farmer's & Kid's Festa at Hibiya Park

Saw some thing was going on from cab, we walked over to Hibiya Park from Marunouchi to see what was happening. They had a farmer's promotional event focusing on kids. We went around and got some goodies, and took a ride of rice transplanter which kids hadn't been yet.
