Video of serious snow started, Masaki watching snow fall, and happy mo playing with snow.It snowed a lot from around 3pm. At night it reached 23cm in Tokyo, which is super unusual! Kids were so happy, they played with snow with friends after school. As usual, traffic and transportation in Tokyo were practically malfunctioning because of weather...
