Interesting list of teas and I chose Lapsang Souchong. Very smoky, reminds me of smoked salmon. Very interesting. Cake stand came with egg with pickles, tuna with onion and caper, sliced cucumber with cheddar cheese sandwiches at the bottom, scone in the middle, and lemon meringue tart, carrot cake, baked chocolate cake, and Eton mess. Sandwiches have additional works done, cakes are very delicate and sophisticated, which must be because of dedicated work by Juri. Enjoyed very much!
麻布十番に新しくできたジュリス ティールーム。素敵な紅茶のメニューからラプサンスーチョン（正山小種）を注文。スモークサーモンのようなスモーキーな香りが面白い。ケーキスタンドに載せられてお食事が登場。下段は茹で卵とピクルス、ツナと玉ねぎとケイパー、胡瓜とチェダーチーズサンドイッチ。中段はスコーン。上段はレモンメレンゲタルト、キャロットケーキ、ベイクドチョコレートケーキ、イートンメス。サンドイッチは一手間かかっているし、ケーキがどれも繊細で、ジュリさんの丁寧な仕事ぶりがうかがえて、応援したくなります。ご馳走様でした。
