Typhoon weekend made us stay home, so, made unrefined sugar ginger ale. Lots of ginger, chili and some of the spices to spice it up, though it came out very mild.
台風の日はおうちでゆっくりするしかなく、思いついて黒糖ジンジャーエールを作ってみた。スパイスを入れたけれど思ったほど辛くなく、マイルドな仕上がり。
