Coffee Elementary School in Kinshicho 私立珈琲小学校
It was my first time visiting since they moved from Daikanyama to this new location. Today is the sweets day they have on the last Friday of the month. Had a kumquat KINKAN and Earl Grey tart and cafe latte. Kumquat compote was very fragrant and went awesome with Earl Grey cake on the bottom. Happy! Gave back an old postcard Teacher Yoshida made before the move, and got a free latte to go. Will be back!
Thursday, March 30, 2023

プラレールCAFE KOTETSU
Late lunch at this restaurant, a pra rail heaven for kids. The boys were too busy to eat but playing.
Arakawa Amusement Park
The park the boys had been once on their school trip. It's a small, old school, laid back place we didn't bother taking much rides but goofing off. The truth is, all the rides are designed to have one kid and one parent, which doesn't work with us; two boys and a mom. We tried one ride first with one boy and me by taking turns, but the one left was not so happy, so I gave up....

LEGOLAND Day 2
Started the day from the opening, the boys run around again and found a water park that you can build your own ship and float and run down water. No point of stopping them from getting wet. Lucky I had a change of clothes AND shoes.
We had shinkansen to take from Nagoya station, so we left a little early and said good-bye to LEGOLAND.

LEGOLAND Japan Day 1
Took shinkansen down to Nagoya in the morning, then we came to LEGOLAND after changing to a local train. This time we booked LEGOLAND Hotel right next to it, so we didn't have to worry about the time but go around as we liked.
The hotel room was pirate theme with a bunk bed for kids, with a TV screen that plays LEGO programs 24. And they have a game that you can get a code to open a security by completing, and there they found a couple of LEGO blocks.
We had dinner at a hotel restaurant, and the boys could make their own soft serving ice cream with sprinkles. Boys were so happy they could sleep on bunk bed, and mama could sleep all by herself on a big bed.
