Since kids' schools were closed, we went to Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum in the afternoon. It was raining unfortunately, but it didn't stop us. Plus, the admission was free because of Tokyo Day, open to public. Checked out the special exhibits from Ghibli movies. Kids were very excited, they spotted pictures and dioramas from their favorite movies. We checked out the old houses in the outside, Mo pretended driving trolley which used to run in Tokyo between Shibuya and Kanda, played some of the old games, etc. We enjoyed those houses and stayed until they closed at 16:30.
