東京會舘のピスタチオシャンテリー

 東京會舘のピスタチオシャンテリー。品川駅のポップアップで購入。中の栗のクリームはしっかり甘く、昭和な懐かしい、でもお洒落なケーキ。

Pistachio Chantilly from Tokyo Kaikan! How could I resist if their Marron Chantilly shows up with Pistachio whipped cream? Purchased at a pop-up at Shinagwa Station. Happy!

Maison Kayser Takanawa

 Maison Kayser Takanawa closing at the end of Jan. Bought quite a lot before the closure. This used to be the place where I bought croissants back in the day. They used to give out free samples, and my kids kept eating them until I finished shopping. Now we have more places that bake and sell croissants and other French bread in the area, though this was the origin of the French bakery, opened in 2001. Jambon emmental, always the best, tuna sandwich that has capers that makes a difference, revived croissant aux amandes that has their logo, croissant, and chocolate and berry pie. Farewell...

ovgo BAKER cookies

 ovgo BAKER cookies from the pop-up in Miyashita Park, Shibuya. I once had their cookie at Dean & Deluca, liked it, and now I saw them again, in more variety! Can't believe these cookies are vegan... Their shop in Kodenmacho is on my list to go when things calm down. I have quite a long list by now...

Cannolo Siciliano @Maison du CREER

 So good it made me happy, at the same time, made me a bit sad knowing this taste... can't go back to not knowing the best...




Special morning at The Tender House, Shirokanedai

 Yogurt, salad, and tea from salad bar. Bottom plate has mushroom quiche, carrot cake, pare & prosciutto, sweet potato & chestnuts chou, pumpkin macaron. Croissant, and eggslut in the middle. and smoked salmon & feta cheese canape, prosciutto ratatouille, vegetable sticks with yogurt sauce on the top. Mentally getting ready for another priority measures to prevent the spread...


白金のザ・テンダーハウスでスペシャル朝ごはん。ケーキスタンドで登場するお食事に気分も上がる!下段はキノコのキッシュ、キャロットケーキ、洋梨と生ハム、サツマイモと栗のシュー、かぼちゃのマカロン、真ん中がクロワッサン、エッグスラット。上段がスモークサーモンとフェタチーズのカナッペ、生ハムのラタトゥイユ、野菜スティックヨーグルトソース。飲み物、サラダ、ヨーグルトは自分でサラダバーで、何度でもどうぞとのこと。堪能致しました。これでまん防も乗り切れる、のではないかなぁ。ご馳走様でした。

鯛茶漬け Sea bream marinated in sesame sauce on rice

 見切りの鯛の柵が沢山あったので、ごまだれに漬け込んで、鯛茶漬け。人生で一番美味しくできました。すでにご飯二杯目。お茶漬けにまで至らない! Sea bream marinated in sesame sauce on rice. The best I cooked in my entire life so far. Had 2 bowls of rice with it already.... too good...

 一歳のお誕生日、おめでとうれん君!パン屋さんも工夫してますね〜。

 こんなのがメニューにあったら注文するしかありません。予備知識も詳しくメニュー内容を読むことなく注文したので、登場した時のビジュアルに驚いたのなんの。お隣のご婦人方にも「凄いわー」のお言葉をいただき、さてどこから頂こうかしら。まずは伊達政宗みたいなのを外して、ほうじ茶アイスクリーム、カダイフ、モンブラン、そして抹茶クリームを少しずつすくって、贅沢!午後もがんばれます。ご馳走様でした。
