カノーロを求めてピエトレ・プレツィオーゼさんへ。赤と緑のドレンチェリーが可愛い。メニューに仲間入りしたリッチャレッリを試食させてもう。シエナの伝統菓子だそう。アーモンドの粉、粉砂糖、卵白が原料。オレンジとレモンの香がする、もっちり食感。生地を寝かせるから作るのに3日掛かるそう。ご馳走様でした!
Cannolo at Pietre Preziose. Had a sample of ricciarelli, originally from Siena. Almond powder, sugar, and egg white are the main ingredients. Very chewy texture with orange and lemon flavor. It takes 3 days to make as the dough has to rest. Yum!
