 Used croissants instead of pie sheets. Mixed spinach, bacon, cheese, and soy milk. Croissant burnt a little but came out pretty good.

 東京駅改札内のグランスタをうろうろしていて見つけた東京ギョーザスタンドウーロン。まぜそば卵トッピング、焼き餃子、パクチー水餃子、よだれ鴨。狭いのでサクッと食べるのには良いのかも。ご馳走様！

 面白い組み合わせだけど、優しいお味。

カーニバルの頃に食べられるお菓子。牛乳を煮詰めて、レモンピール、オレンジピール、ドライフルーツ、とうもろこしの粉、そしてリコッタチーズの入った、もっちりしたお菓子。家庭でおばあちゃんが手作りするようなお菓子だそうで、お店では売ってないそう。キリスト教の暦に沿ったお菓子も色々あるのね。
