Huevous Rancheros for breakfast at Mr. Farmer

Routine check up of my thyroid this morning. After blood test, went out for bf though couldn't get in my favorite bread shop. Too crowded with tourists and students off from school due to summer break... So, went to this restaurant and had this Mexican dish. Yum!
