 白山のalsoへ。なかなかの人の入り。馬告が何かよく分からず、胡椒か山椒か、でもなんだか香りが違うと思って後で調べてみると、台湾の珍しいスパイスとのこと。

『台湾の原住民「泰雅(タイヤル)族」が、古来より調味料として長らく愛用してきた「馬告」(マーガオ)。見た目は黒胡椒のようだが、"ピリッとした辛味" と "ほのかな苦味" に加え、"強烈なレモングラスの香り" を放つ、それは不思議な香辛料。』

Didn't know what the spice mixed in the sausage was so I looked it up later, and found out it's a unique spice found in Taiwan. "Black pepper looking, sharp spiciness and a light bitterness, and scent of lemongrass."
