Shiso basil paste




Pesto on paccheri

間引いた紫蘇の葉を使ってペーストを作った。ニンニクの香りが強くて紫蘇の香りがしないのが残念。改良の余地ありです。
Made paste with Japanese shiso basil that I thinned out. I could smell garlic more than the basil. Need some improvements...
