Cafe latte & canele @BGM

 

Had a bit of time left, and went by a cafe called BGM. It used to be a shoe repair shop, I believe, they opened on Christmas eve last year. I had a cafe latte and canele. I love the plate! They mix vegetable wastes made into powder mixed in the cake. I'm all for zero waste. Outside is crispy and sweet like candy, slightly moist inside. Small enough for a light dessert after lunch. I can get going in the afternoon.

ちょっと時間があったので、気になったBGMさんへ。確か以前は靴とかの修理のお店だったと思うのだけれど、去年の12月24日にオープンしたそう。カフェラテとカヌレを頂きました。お皿が素敵！九谷かな？カヌレは野菜の皮とかを粉にして混ぜて焼き上げているそう。外は飴の様にカリッと甘く、中は少しだけしっとり。小さいので食後のおやつに丁度良い。これで午後も頑張れます。
