山うどを発見したので、芽は天ぷら、茎は牛肉と甘辛く煮る。天ぷらをするとあれもこれも揚げたくなってしまい、冷蔵庫にあった舞茸、新玉ねぎとセロリの葉っぱと桜エビをかき揚げに。鶏手羽先を塩焼きにして。ご馳走。
