Potatoes called Matilda arrived from Hokkaido. Made French fries with this sweet and silky potatoes. It became a bit brown because its rich in sugar. 　マチルダという種類のジャガイモが北海道から届きました。糖分が多いので油で揚げたら茶色くなってしまったけれど、甘くてシルキー！
