Made sauce Americaine!
Rescued lobsters from Yamatou in Mie the other day, and cooked sauce Americaine from the shell. Lots of work but worth it!
この前、三重の山藤さんから伊勢海老を送ってもらい、その殻を使ってアメリケーヌソースを作りました。大変な手間だったけど美味しかった!
