Dinner from Notoya in Ishikawa prefecture. Marinated firefly squid, bamboo shoot and ocellated octopus, yellowtail, scallops, and rosey sea bass marinated in sea kelp, and rosey sea bass sushi. I hope I can have these dish at their inn in beautiful dishes, one day...!
石川県の旅亭懐石のとやさんから届いた美味しいもの。ホタルイカの沖漬け、筍と飯蛸の煮付け、鰤、帆立、のど黒の昆布締め、のど黒の棒寿司。いつの日かお宿で美しいお皿に載ったお食事をいただきたいわぁ。
