実家から届いた梅。3キロ梅ジュース、1.5キロ甘露煮、1.5キロ赤ワインで煮てみました。瓶に入りきれなかったシロップに炭酸を注いだらモコモコと泡が立って、ビールみたい。酸っぱい！
