Ordered a hashed brown, ratatouille, and ricotta cheese. While chefs were cooking the order right in front, I went to pick my choices from drinks, bread, and cakes prepared on the counter. Watermelon juice with lots of lemon, granola with yogurt and raspberry sauce, green peas soup, and a variety of bread from Beaver Bread in Higashi Nihombashi. Quite a busy place, though it was fun watching chefs working in an open kitchen.
